Objective: SW Healthcare Solutions LLC is currently seeking to raise growth capital of $5 million. 

The Opportunity: This is an excellent investment opportunity for those  interested in addressing the demand for a Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) software product. The potential market size is estimated to be 214 million people or 65% of US population.

This includes a patient population at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Guidelines for PAP requirements.

The Goal:  To develop and market a software product that will automate the complex and arduous process of completing Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) applications to qualify patients quickly and then reliably determine what PAP programs are available for the patient. 

Current Position:  The software has been developed and extensively tested.  Currently, our software:

1. Provides streamlined application forms that meet FPL guidelines as well as a myriad of individual medication qualifying guidelines for each pharmaceutical program. 

2. Qualifies patients in 'real-time' to receive FREE or low cost medications from pharmaceutical companies. This process can save  the service providers such as the clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, university hospitals, state and local governments, Native American Tribal pharmacies, insurance companies and patient advocates 20% or more on their internal pharmacy or "drug-spend" budget. 

This is a ground floor investment opportunity, led by an experienced and successful management team with creative software solutions development, operations and customer service teams, experience and a track record of successful products and solutions expertise in this space.

Current Client Base: From 2018 - 2020 over 155,000 successful applications were processed using our software by our clients to help their patients receive over $300 Million (AWP) of value in medications.

We are now in dialogue with hospitals and enterprise level clients who are interested in our product. 

Market Opportunity: In 2021 the total worth of prescriptions dispensed in the U.S was $610 Billion.  Projected worth of prescriptions is expected to grow at least 10% (another $61 billion) by 2025.
